Who is Peter Andre:
Born in London but raised in Australia, Peter is the youngest of six Andrew, Chris, Micheal, Debbie and Danny.

Peter fell in love with music and performing at a young age and composed his first song ‘Dream A Little’ with his brother Chris at just 13 years old.

His time in the spotlight came in 1990 when he appeared on the Australian New Faces. Sitting amongst the judges was records boss Molly Meldrum who loved his performance so much she signed him live on air.

His first single ‘Gimme Little Sign’ got to number 3 in the Australian chart and later won an award for the highest selling single of the year. Peter released a few more top 50 singles in Australia before trying to conquer the UK. The first song he released in Britain, ‘Only One’ peaked at number 16, but had fantastic sucess with ‘Mysterious Girl’ which reached number 2. He followed with two number 1 singles ‘Flava’ and ‘I Feel You’ and album ‘Natural’ reached number 1.

Peter’s second album ‘Time’ only got to number 28 and Peter was dropped after disappointing sales. He took time out away from the cameras, and we saw him again on ITV’s ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’ in 2004. On the show we watched Peter face challenges and flirt with British Glamour model Jordan aka Katie Price.

Peter came 3rd in the celebrity reality show and re-released Mysterious Girl which went straight to number 1. The number 3 hit ‘Insanenia’ quickly followed.

Peter and Katie Price confirmed their romance soon after the reality show finished airing, and she gave birth to their son Junior Savva Andre in June 2005. They were married 3 months later.
