Doherty Fined $1800 For Broken Camera
Outside the courthouse, Pete said:
“It should have been sorted out ages ago to be honest. It’s been hanging over me for a long time.”
Pete Doherty was fined $1800 (£912) for breaking the lens of a camera. The reason it cost $1800 is not because it was an antique camera. But because it was attached to a pap that had been following Doherty and his family last August.
Courts ruled no criminal charges, but fined him on civil charges.
