Lily Allen Supports Knife Amnesty
Lily Wrote on her blog:
“Please can everyone stop stabbing each other in the U.K., it’s really sad, my thoughts are with all the families affected by these heinous (sic) crimes.
“We need to have a knife amnesty, we should put on a big concert to raise awareness and stop the violence, Boris , if your (sic) listening, call me man.”
Lily Allen has spoken up about how the UK needs a knife amnesty. Recently throughout the news, kids and teens alike have been on the news for all the wrong reasons. Whether they are being stabbed by another kid, Or Threatening to stab another kid. Life for children in the UK has a bleak outlook.
Let’s be honest. Is Lily wrong in what she says? Wouldn’t we all want the knifes off of our streets and our kids back at home rather than in hospital or somewhere worse?
I think she’s got it spot on personally.
