Pregnant Cat Costs Pete Doherty…. $120k
A source told The Sun:
“He’d do anything for his cats no matter what the cost.
“But he’s mad to let that kind of money go.”
Pete Doherty has blown alot of money, on alot of things over time. But his latest expense was a gig he decided to blow off because his cat went into labour. Pete and the rest of Babyshambles were supposed to play at the Werchter Festival in Belgium.
But as the band were preparing to leave, Pete’s pregnant cat went into labour. Putting Pete in a bit of a dilemma. On one hand he had his bandmates telling him to take the cat to the vets, and go with them to Belgium.
On the other hand he had his cat who he loves that had just gone into labour.
So Pete stayed at home and watched his cat give birth instead of earning $120,000. That doesn’t make him mad. It just means he loves his cats.
