Donna Karan (DKNY) Angers PETA
Fashion designer Donna Karan of the prestige DKNY label has angered animal rights organizations after making cruel comments to a PETA activist whilst watching video footage of an animal being skinned for fur.
Seated to watch the footage (of a Chinese puppy being skinned for it’s fur coat) Karan casually exclaimed, “Well you see a pet, I see an accessory,” the comments broadcoast to the world less than 4 hours later by the angered PETA official.
And hell, we don’t blame them. It’s one thing to wear the shit, but it’s another to say something down-right nasty about it.
P.s. I think Donna Karan needs plastic surgery, pronto!
