More legal trouble for Britney? Estate agent threatens lawsuit

Looks like Britney Spears could be in for more legal trouble, and this time it actually hasnothing to do with her driving or her ex Kevin Federline. No this time it steams back to August last year when Britney and her family went to rent an apartment in Marina Del Rey, California.

The apartment was worth an estimated $1.5 million. That is until, according to the estate agent Amir.E Zagross, Britney got the keys.

Zagross told Life & Style mag:

“I met Britney at the condo myself with her mother, brother, sons and her bodyguards. They assured me they were immaculate, nice people who would take care of the property. But the damage was significant.”

It doesn’t sound like Mr Zagross asked for references from the pop princess either. After all he says he took their word for it that they were good immaculate people.

Zagross adds:

 ”They destroyed it. We couldn’t re-rent the condo because of the state it was in.”

He insists the apartment was beyond repair, which is why he’s considering damages. What kind of damage did the pop princess and her family cause? Well heres the list from a source:

• Damage to the walls
• Damage to the flooring
• Balcony damage
• Damaged doors
• Electrical fittings and sockets.
• Air conditioning

Thats certainly some hefty damage report right there.  Will it go to court? Or will Britney settle out of court? She already has lawyers working on her problems. I don’t suppose one more would make much of a difference.
