Cocaine Cat gets rescued

Whilst other news sites such as NineMSN are calling Pete Doherty’s cat a crackhead. They are wrong. The cat was found with Cocaine in its bloodstream and not crack. Which means they got their title wrong to make it sound better.  Yep sucks i know.

The truth is, yes the cat was found with cocaine in its bloodstream (not that thats a good thing) .

British newspaper the Daily Star, reports the newborn kitten – recently born to Doherty’s adult cat Dinger – was rushed to a clinic after falling ill. Tests found it had ingested the drug.

A spokesperson for the RSPCA, said :

“It is a police matter, so we cannot deny or confirm the identity of the man who had his kitten removed. But it is very important to protect animals from substances that can do them serious harm.”

Its unknown if the cat was given the drug by pete himself. Or if it had managed to get its claws on some that was laying around his home.

Maybe he did give it to the cat because he had no one else to get High with. Or he maybe he got high,passed out and the cat just happened to have a lick of the cocaine. Who knows! But we know it certainly wasn’t crack

Personally i don’t think it’s good either way. But at least the coked up cat is still alive and is in goodhands now.
