LiLo avoids jail time for two DUI charges
Talk about been lucky. She got arrested for two DUI’s in such a short space of time. Each time she hit rehab straight away to avoid going to jail. And do ya know what? it WORKED!
Or it’s certainly starting to look that way.

law enforcement sources tell TMZ.com there is a “strong possibility” Lohan will not face felony charges - downsizing the charges to DUI misdemeanours. Her arraignment has been set for Friday (24Aug07).
SO if you ever get caught for DUI hit rehab straight away. Its the only key in my opinion. Either that or something else happened to get her off the hook.
I am no law expert. But surely this seems wrong to those of you who are. She committed a crime. Not just once but a few times. She was found with cocaine in her possession. She was also trying to run another person off the road at the time of her arrest previously. But still she doesn’t get jail time?
