Channel 4 wiling to pay over £300000 to secure Paris

We mentioned that for some unknown reason to me, that Channel 4 wanted Paris Hilton to appear in the celebrity big brother show early next year (I still don’t know why they want her. other than to try and cover up the whole Jade problem of earlier this year.)

Its been rumoured that the price they are willing to pay is just about whatever the ex jailbird wants.

A source said:

“We told Paris, ‘Name your price.’

“We’re in firm talks and it would be a fantastic coup to get her. “She wants to show she’s more than a blonde bimbo.

“She would easily be the star of the show - but obviously she won’t do it unless the money is right.”

She only wants to do the show to raise her profile here in the UK. So why should the tv bosses go crazy and pay her loads? Its for her benefit more than the channels.  She’s already been accused of asking for extortionate  amounts of money to appear on New Years eve in Las Vegas. this certainly won’t be any different if she gets to ‘name her price’

This years winner was Shilpa Shetty who received £300,000 to be abused take part in the show.
