Winehouses Mum blames the music industry
Amy Winehouse has had alot of troubles recently. In and out of hospital for ‘exhaustion’ canceling gigs at the last minute and now her recent visit to the rehab world.
Janis (Amys mum) says its the music world that took her to drugs because she couldn’t cope with fame and celebrity status. In my opinion. The music world or the celebrity life gets used as a scapegoat way too much.
Janis spoke to a Sunday newspaper which quoted her as saying :
“I don’t even think this is Amy’s fault. I think her brain is addled. This isn’t Amy. It’s as if her whole life has turned into a stage performance,”
“To begin with, after she left home, she would ring me every day. Then, once she started travelling more, I started to feel a detachment.”
“I think she was too young. She lacks the maturity to cope.”
She didn;t lack the maturity to get herself married Janis. She managed that quite well. Maybe she just got advised wrong somewhere or took a wrong turn. i don’t see hjow blaming the the music industry is going to help anyone.
She needs help. So help. Don’t try and lay blame on someone or soemthing else. Just help her get over ths bad time and continue with her successful life in music. The last thing we need is another Lindsay Lohan.

Hopefully she’ll be feeling better by then and fans can enjoy her live performances again.
