The real estate agents who dealt with Bosh and Pecks moving to the States are been charged with charged with multiple counts of conspiracy, bank fraud and loan fraud.
The two real estate dealers Kyle Grasso and Joseph Babajian are said to have doctored paperwork to gain huge loans, bigger than the homes themselves.
The pair of accused fraudsters are the same real estate agents that personally showed the Beckhams their new Beckingham palace. At a cost of $24 milion USD.
A lawyer for the estate agent said that they did not resort to any unlawful means to run their business.
“Joe and Kyle are innocent of these charges. They have always conducted their business lawfully. They look forward to vindicating themselves in court,”
The words of a lawyer, aren’t they paid to lie though? Let the courts decide on the outcome. If they come out of it innocent. They might just end up with alot of extra business. However if they are found guilty. It just might cripple their company in the real estate world.
