Amy Winehouse her Dads words and her health

It all started with Amy Winehouse missing gigs and events due to exhaustion. But it looks like things have escalated from there in a rather grim way.

Amy’s Father has spoken about how he fears for Amy’s life and urges her to get some professional help.  Amy wa rushed to hospital for exhaustion on a few occasions which caused her to miss events. even the medical staff that have treated her gave her instructions to miss events to give her body time to recover properly.

Her Father Mitch said :

    “She is skinny as anything and dehydrated and looks like she has just come from a concentration camp. “She is barely eating. She is not sleeping. I try to get her to eat but that is easier said than done. “I know that if she doesn’t eat she is going to die. There is no reason for her to want to self-destruct like this.”

The skinny part is true. If you look through previous pictures of Amy, you’ll notice that she looked great and looked healthy. Now. Well its a different story. She looks ill.

The events surrounding Amy’s health means she couldn’t play with the Rolling Stones in Germany Dusseldorf on Monday. As we said, medical staff have urged her to rest which means no overseas flights.

Suggestions of rehab and overdoses a have been all over the net and the gossip rags. Some suggested she booked into the Priory. Others say she wouldn’t go to rehab as she sees it as a cop out. Amy herself said she just s=needed to spend time with her Dad.

But gossipgirls got a scoop which says Amy and her husband may have booked into a rehab centre in the US for Heroin and cocaine addictions.

Lets just hope she gets better soon and doesn’t end up totally self destructing.
