Visiting daughter could violate parole for Michael Lohan

At a time when Lindsay Lohan could of really used her family around her. A judge has said that if Michael Lohan (LinLo’ Father) visits her, then he could be in violation of his parole and go back to the slammer.

Michael was released form jail earlier this year after serving 2 years inside.  Since his release he’s been trying to do some good, but has also spent a huge amount of time fighting with his ex wife Dina Lohan.  The couple have argued about everything from who whould have custody of their younger children, to drugs they took in the 80’s. With Michael accusing Dina of still been a bad role model for Lindsay and the other kids.

A complaint was taken against Michael, after his repeated attempts to get in touch with Lindsay. Which she wasn’t interested in at all. Now he’s not allowed to contact his daughter or her Lawyer.

I guess nows not the time for Lindsay to have her family at her side. She’s had alot to go through recently. It would be a time when family involvement would be a great thing.
