LinLo arrested for DUI……….. again?
SAWF.org has a story on our rehab party girl LinLo that says she has been arrested again for DUI. For anyone unsure of what this means it doesn;t just mean driving under the influence, but for lindsay it means a whole new world of bad things to come. Should the local jail reserve a cell for her?
The word is that Lohan was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday (24th) of this month when police were tipped off by her former assistants mother(The assistant had quit her job just hours before). Why was the police tipped off? well reports say that Lindsay was involved in a car chase with her former assistant, and obviously the girls mother just thought enough was enough.
This is another DUI for Lindsay and now officials are thinking that just taking her license from her is a great move. In a situation like this, who can blame them.
A statement from her lawyer confirms that she has relapsed. Saying:
“Addiction is a terrible and vicious disease. Since Lindsay transitioned to outpatient care, she has been monitored on a SCRAM bracelet and tested daily in order to support her sobriety. Throughout this period, I have received timely and accurate reports from the testing companies. Unfortunately, late yesterday I was informed that Lindsay had relapsed. The bracelet has now been removed. She is safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care.”
So wheres the first place Lindsay checks into ? Well its another rehab facility. Only this time its undisclosed (for now). Maybe shes back at Promises rehab, or maybe its wonderland. Both are used frequently by stars that have addiction troubles.
If she does go to jail for her actions. Not only will it be for the best (It seems rehab just isnt working) But its not like she has a great family structure. Unlike Paris who’s family love her. Lohans family are too busy slinging mud at each other to care about her. In fact the only people she has close to her are people that she pays.
