Why does everyone get on Britneys back every time she does something? Ok she might not do the brightest of things alot of the time (Like marrying Fed-Ex) But they are her decisions.
This time she’s under fire because she bought a new puppy costing $3000. What breed? Well it has to be a puppy small enough to fit in her handbag, so its a Yorkshire terrier who she named London.
But the Humane society in LA have attacked Britney saying:
“We suggest that people take time to choose a member of their family, and to be sure they are working with a reputable breeder… Ms. Spears is setting a damaging example to the public.
“Most dogs sold in pet stores come from puppy mills - factorylike facilities, churning out purebred and ‘designer’ puppies in large numbers. Puppy mills look only to make a profit; commonly disregard the dog’s physical and emotional health.”Â
So it took her 30 minutes to hand over the $3000 for her new puppy, and she bought it from a pet shop[. But why's she under attack? Shouldn't this humane group go after the source. Or they just trying to get Britney to be on their side in the war against puppy mills?
If its the latter wouldn't it be better to just ask her to back them, rather than attack her?
Puppy mills are bad, its not right for dogs to be kept in such conditions. But can Brit really be blamed for these things? I don't think so.
The group are willing to look into how Britney's puppy came about should she want them to. All she has to do is send them the papers and they'll do the rest.
