Jessica Simpson’s 5 meal a-day diet

Jessica SimpsonEx-Newlywed star Jessica Simpson has toned up and lost nearly 2 stones (20 pounds) in weight and has revealed her new eating regime to Extra TV.

Jessica said:

“It’s not a quick change, it’s a lifestyle change. There are still cheat days!”

Jessica Simpson recently launched her new swimwear line in Miami Beach, and has been working out with her personal trainer Harley Pasternak to get her body into shape.

Following Harley’s diet called the ‘Five Factor Diet’ and the new workout got Jessica Simpson the body she has now.

The Five Factor Diet basically means you eat five small meals a day, it doesn’t reduce your carbohydrate in-take and no-calorie counting according to Harley Pasternak.

Meanwhile Jessica Simpson told Harper’s Bazaar that she has always played down her beauty to give less attractive girls a chance, but won’t do it anymore.

Jessica said:

“I was always the girl who wore sweat pants and baseball caps to not be intimidating, but now I’ve learned to embrace beauty as part of my career, as part of my inner soul, as part of who I am.”

Wow. Nothing wrong with your ego eh Jessica?
