Cleared of all charges for 2005 crash. Lindsay Lohan
Lindsay Lohan appeared at court on Friday the 13th. Unlucky for some but for our favourite rehab star and actress. It proved to be lucky enough to get her off of all charges of an accident back in 2005.
All charges were dropped due to the driver of the other vehicle not appearing for court. Which means Lohan left the courthouse without having to get her cheque book out of her purse.
