Another (Britney Spears) Celebrity home up for sale

If you have a few million dollars kicking around or have always wanted to own a house that was once owned by a celebrity. Now is your chance. Britney Spears is selling her Beverly Hills home for a reported $7.5 million (Or there abouts).

The Celebrity home even comes fully furnished, which means the lucky buyer won’t have to worry about moving their own furniture in. But might be able to sell Brit’s furniture and fittings for a pretty penny on eBay.(Kind of like the Hollywood trash).

Things that are likely to be included in the sale are sofa’s,appliances,rugs and even the kitchen sink (Sink comes as standard.)

Things that aren’t likely to be included are a failed wannabe ex-husband,Britneys dogs or any real hair or the Singer.

This is the second of Britney’s homes to come on to the market in less than a year. The first been her Malibu home which she sold for $13.5 million back in November/December of last year. She made a nice profit form the sale of her Malibu home as she only paid $6.5 million for it.

The Beverly Hills mansion covers 9,000 Square feet and has 6.5 bathrooms (How the hell do you get half a bathroom?) 6 Bedrooms, maids quarters and and gourmet chef’s kitchen. (Chef might be included in sale).

If Spears doesn’t get back into  music, She could earn a fortune buying and selling houses. It certainly seems like an amazing way for the singer to earn some extra cash.
