Lawyers angry over police leak
When Lindsay Lohan crashed her car (just before she went back into rehab) there were plenty of rumours that the actress was wasted on alcohol and cocaine. Hell we didn’t even think there was going to be a need for a toxicology report.
But recent internet rumours(not by us) stated that yes indeed Lindsay was under the influence, These rumours were also allegedly confirmed by police reports that got “Leaked” to the press.
Lawyer Blair Berk tells the New York Daily News:
“This is an ongoing investigation. It is shameful that law enforcement would be selling stories, let alone unverified ones.”Â
We already figured she was under the influence so it was nothing surprising to hear. But the police had a comeback, which said:
“Our office has not received the final toxicology reports - only preliminary results - and the police have not formally filed a case yet.”Â
That comment came from Jane Robison, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney.

Maybe it’s all just a cover up for what everyone expected. How many other people take their lawyer to rehab with them?
