K-Fed refused to sign property settlement

It shouldn’t have taken this long to finally get divorced from somebody you don’t love anymore. Should it? Britney Spears and failed rapper K-Fed are still going through the final stages of their divorce and K-Fed just went and threw another spanner in the works.

HE won’t sign the Property settlement agreement until he believes that the Britster is capable of looking after the children properly.  He apparently wants proof that Brit can handle the kids on her own. (Fair enough) How she’s meant to prove that i have got no idea, Maybe he has no idea. But thats what he wants.

A source who claims to be close to K-Fed says that Kevin wants to make sure that Britney is Mentally stable. He currently believes she’s not.

At the moment the Kids stay with Brit, but the couple share joint custody of the children Sean Preston and Jayden James. Surely the agreement can be signed (If its just a property settlement) Unless he thinks he can get more cash out of Britney if she fails his test. maybe thats what all this is about. Money.
