Paris’ plans to build half-way house
Paris Hilton may have actually learned something from her time inside jail. If rumours are to be believed then she really has learned something. (Its not very often that Paris actually learns something.)
She allegedly told Ryan Seacrest over the phone:
“These women just keep coming back because they have no place to go,”
“a place to get food and clothes on their backs,” continuing that the habitual crime relapse rate is “a really bad cycle and if we stop it now, we can make our community a better place.”
“I appreciate everything now and I think there was a lot of bad people that I was around and I don’t want to surround myself with those types of people anymore,”
Now this transitional house or Hal-way house asthey are commonly known. Could be the chance that Paris’ recent roomies have been waiting for. And even if they don’t like the the heiress, they can at least enjoy the fact that its her money thats paying for it.
