Britney Spears screws up custody arrangement.

Just when Britney Spears seemed to be getting everything back on track. She goes and does something stupid which just might jeopardize her chances of keeping her kids by her side.

NE reported that Britney took herself away for a little bit of rest and fun in Hawaii. Which is great in itself,except she went and took Sean Preston and Jayden James with her. Which wasn;t such a good idea.

Part of the custody agreement between Fed-Ex and Britney was that she cannot take the kids out of LA with out Kevin’s permission, and even when she has his permission she ha to make sure she has a nanny with her to look after the kids. This is mostly because Fed-Ex doesn’t trust her  and believes she will back into her partying ways in no time at all.

So K-Fed got all pissed off and worried about where the kids where. He tried calling Brit, but she didn’t answer his first calls. It took him quite a while to actually get through to the Hawaii relaxing Britney.

He ordered her to get on the next plane back to LA. She allegedly missed that flight on purpose but did make the following flight.

A source told Nation Enquirer:

“Kevin is upset that Britney’s partying hasn’t stopped.  She’s drinking heavily, and Kevin believes she’s also doing drugs.”

“He urged Britney to surrender the kids to him permanently, but she said: ‘No way!’ But based on Britney’s boozing alone, Kevin believes he’ll be awarded full custody when he takes her to court.”

“He’s not waiting any longer.  He feels he gave Britney plenty of room to show she could be a good mother.  Now he feels she can’t be trusted and he’s going back to court right away to try to get full custody.”

He also wants Britster to take a drug test. Maybe he just has it in for her. Or maybe these are genuine concerns.

So maybe she should have let him know where she was going with their children.  But is that really a reason to accuse somebody of been on drugs and demand a drug test?
