Lindsay Lohan sued over accident

Lindsay Lohan maybe having trouble in rehab. But in the outside-rehab world. She’s also being sued for an accident that occurred in 2005.  The accident involved Lindsay smashing her car into a company vehicle belonging to Grandeur inc. Or at least thats the company thats going to sue.

Grandeur Inc want to take Lindsay Lohan to the small claims court for $3,624.84 for damages caused.

But they might not win, as Los Angeles  County Sheriff Steve Whitmore says:

 ”She happens to be an innocent victim in all of this,”

This is because in the original report, the van made a u-turn  bang in front  LiLo’s black Mercedes Benz.

A spokesperson for Lindsay had nothing to say on the matter. The case will be heard before a judge on the 20th of this month. So the outcome will be seen then.

It just might turn out that the sheriff is right and Lindsay is innocent. I hope thats the case. But as we know. Nothing is really that simple when Lindsay Lohan is involved.

    LiLo really has a death wish, i can only hope she gets the help needed before the deed actually happens.

    but lets say it doesn’t. lets say she comes back as a zombie sporting her camera-ready peace-sign. now that would be hot. check out what “could” be @ http://www.hollywoodzombies.com (the same people who brought you Garbage Pail Kids). I work with them so i’m spreading the good word. Just imagine Lindsay Loco with her skin falling off and a face full of maggots.

    as in totalled like the many cars she has ruined over the past years, totals, right?

  2. Nice concept of a site marc. I was checking it out earlier coincidentally. Thought it was pretty cool.

    You should drop by more often and let us know how the site is going. (I got alot of stuff to read everyday as it is). Or even better sign up on the site and let the world know how hollywoodzombies is doing.

    Either way Lindsay and cars don’t mix. So maybe her zombie could include motorparts ;) just an idea.
