Fundamentals of the Cabbage Soup Diet: The rules are you eat cabbage soup for seven days, along with fruit, vegetables, fish and chicken. I’d be scared to light a match with all the methane.
7. Blood type Diet: Martine McCutcheon
Fundamentals of the Blood Type Diet: The theory is our blood type affects how our body absorbs nutrients. Blood Group Os should eat meat, Blood Group AS should eat a vegetarian diet, Bs and ABs can eat a varied diet. Don’t bring that needle to close to me!

Liz Hurley shared with a gossip magazine that she ate just one meal a day to shift her post-pregnancy pounds. Your main meal of the day should be a balance of protein, carbs and vegetables in the evening. Pffffft.
5. Coconut Diet: Jennifer Aniston
Fundamentals of the Coconut Diet: Jennifer Aniston is rumored to have tried this diet. Claims to work on the principal of eating more fat i.e coconut oil to lose fat. The diet plan includes coconut oil, cod-liver oil supplements and traditional fats such as butter, egg yolks, meat fats and lard. I’d hate everything coconut after a few days.

A tailor-made diet is then devised to help the body reach its ideal weight. A typical diet plan includes grains, potatoes, white meat, fish and plenty of fruit and vegetables. 3. Raw Food Diet: Demi Moore

This diet claims eating raw vegetables also burns more calories than eating cooked vegetables. This eating regime has been declared as dangerous as it includes beef, venison and duck as well as sushi. YAK! Raw beef?
2. Beverly Hills Diet: Jodie Foster
Fundamentals of the Beverley Hills Diet: Just fruit for the first ten days and then introduce carbohydrates and protein gradually. The rule is to always eat fruit on its own and never mix protein with carbs. Yawn.

All this talk of dieting makes me want some chocolate. Some of these diets look rather frightening. Sorry Demi but RAW beef? No thanks.
