Paris goes back to jail. Kicking and screaming.
If you thought justice hadn’t been served when Paris Hilton was released from jail. Then fear not. For the heiress was hauled up against the courts again by the same judge who sentenced her in the first place. Mr Judge Sauer.
It’s not quite clear as to how much Paris will serve in jail. Whether it will be 23 or 45 or somewhere in between. Either way she won’t be spending in her luxury home.
Judge Sauer said at the courthouse today
“I at no time condoned the actions of the sheriff and at no time told him I approved the actions,â€
“At no time did I approve the defendant being released from custody to her home on Kings Road,†Sauer said.
Now the whole reason why she was released was because of a mdeical condition. Which of course was undisclosed. My doesn’t money talk. More importantly is that these matters were brought up at the court case.
Najee Ali raised the point of:
“It’s shocking that we’re living in a star struck judicial system,†he said. “Sheriff Baca caved in to the star power, the celebrity and wealth of the Hilton family. What happened is unprecedented.
“There are hundreds and perhaps thousands of inmates in Los Angeles County jails who have much more serious illnesses like AIDs, heart problems and they have never been released to go home.â€
Whilst others described the LA legal system a ‘two tiered system’.
Paris of course showed her unhappiness by shouting, “It’s not fair!”. Aww she got a taste of freedom. Then had it took away from her. Almost like the great escape. But not quite as successful. She was only out for a few hours.
And if you look in the picture. You can actually see her crying.(We thought the kicking was standard for a jailed brat)
