Is Paris going back to jail?

Today is the day to see if the world has gone mad. Yesterday when Paris Hilton was released from jail for ‘Feeling ill’. I asked if the world had gone mad. Some people probably agreed with me. others probably think that justice was served.

Today is the day we will see if justice is really served. Because Paris Hilton might just be going back to jail quicker than anybody thinks.

Hilton was ordered to report to court at 9 a.m. and will be brought in a sheriff’s vehicle from her Hollywood Hills home, said Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini.

So she’s going back to court and the Sheriff who allowed her release.(Sheriff Baca) May well be hekld in contempt for letting her go early.  It’s almost as if the Judges ruling didn’t count for anything.  And thats just what pisse doff Judge Sauer.

“It is the city attorney’s position that the decision on whether or not Ms. Hilton should be released early and placed on electronic monitoring should be made by Judge Sauer and not the Sheriff’s Department,” said Jeffrey Isaacs of the city attorney’s office.

So maybe the problm arises from Sheriff Baca been bribed to allow to go home tagged. Or maybe not. Just a suggestion, Throwing it out there ya know.

Baca insisted that he let Paris go on medical advice, that its our fault for been celebrity haters. He says:

It isn’t wise to keep a person in jail with her problem over an extended period of time and let the problem get worse,” Baca told the Los Angeles Times on Thursday.

“My message to those who don’t like celebrities is that punishing celebrities more than the average American is not justice,”

No Sheriff it’s not.  But would other none celebrity inmates of gotten treated the same way by you?  That’s the real question, and if the answer is no. Then you did the wrong thing.

Paris was due to arrive at court at 9am this morning. So by now the verdict should be on whats happening. Stay tuned or tune in to Paris Watch for more info.
