Did Paris rip off UB40?

Did Paris Hilton the Jail-ess rip off UB40’s ‘Kingstown town’ when she made her ‘Stars are blind’?  I honestly wouldn’t know, because i think if i put one of Paris’ songs on my stereo it would destroy itself rather than play it. It’s not her fault she sounds like a screeching cat. Or is it?

Anyway back to the issue. although it may be Paris’ crap song that ripped off UB40, She’s not actually named in the legal documents. Why? Because Warner music dropped her like hot cakes when she turned up late for several appearances and lost interest in the whole thing.

To be more exact heres a quote from dailysnack.com :

Yep she lost interest in something she was crap at anyway. But its landed Warner Bros music in hot water. $500,000 of hot water to put it better.

Maybe she should be held accountable for the rip off and have time added to her sentence.  That would be justice!
