Britney hits the shops

Britney Spears enjoyed a marathon shopping spree on Sunday in Miami.  The 25 year old quickly checked in at the Four Season hotel before hitting the shops with a group of friends.

The singer is staying at the Four Seasons because she is performing at Malibu’s Mansion nightclub.

Britney and co went to No Lines Tanning for 15 minutes, then Britney treated herself to some Guess? jeans and tops.

A source informs People magazine tells:

“She bought quite a few things. She left out the back of the store, she seemed happy.”

At the Mosh Pit, she tried on numerous mini-skirts and corsets, browsing happily among other shoppers.

The source then adds: “They asked if she wanted the store closed, and Britney told them she was OK and not to worry about it. She tried on several micro-mini skirts and bought a $180 hand-painted pink corset by Kimikal. She liked it, bought it and wore it out of the store.”

Britney then headed back to Mansion for a 2-hour sound check  before hitting the shops once again, bringing her shopping spree spending to over $1,500.

Unfortunately for Britney, her performance and attire failed to impress the audience members at Mansion  over the weekend.

A source informs the New York Post newspaper: “The crowd sneered at Britney’s hideous white go-go boots and ratty hair extensions.”

Christopher Ciccone, Madonnas brother pulled no punches as he reportedly said: “My sister would never go onstage looking like that.”
