No Spice Girls Reunion

For months and months, speculation in media reports have suggested that the Spice Girls might be getting back together for a reunion tour later this year.

But Sporty Spice (Melanie C) tells OK! magazine that it will be without her if it goes ahead.

“I don’t want to be the spoilsport, no pun intended, but if the other four do it then I think I’ll be in a dilemma.”

She then adds, “I don’t want to be the person that stops it from being the complete set, but in my heart of hearts it’s not something I want to do.”

Melanie has disappointed Spice Girl fans and former manager Simon Fuller by insisting that she is concentrating on her solo career.

“She needs to wise up and realise a reunion would be amazing for everybody concerned. Emma and Geri are meeting her soon to discuss everything and convince her to finally sign a deal.”

When the Spice Girls released their debut single in 1996,’Wannabe’, they became a pop phenomenon and sold in excess of 53 million records worldwide.
