Peter Andre is glad he isn’t dead

Peter Andre has told magazines and newspapers that he thought he was going to die whilst in hospital from viral meningitis recently.

Peter says the scariest part of it all was the not knowing.  Plus all thetests and isolation that he was in didn’t make his stay any better.

Peter told OK magazine:

“I’d been in hospital for four days and no one knew what was wrong with me and I was just getting worse and worse.”

“I was moved to an isolation room and all they kept doing was test after test. I was petrified.”

“Sometimes I didn’t know what was happening or whether I was awake or asleep. I didn’t know what day it was - it was like being in a nightmare.”

But he knows he is awake now and grateful for all the tests that they performed. After all thats why he is here now still.

Peter was admitted to hospital after him and Katie had returned from promotional tour in the States.  Then later released form hospital earlier this month.

Katie had been taking things from home into the hospital to remind him of home. But now he is all safely tucked up in bed next to the lovely Jordan.

She has to help him with everything, from walking to getting dressed. But she’s so happy to have him home that none of that really matters she says.

Jordan Told OK:

“We haven’t had a proper snog yet because I don’t want to get anything and he doesn’t want to give me anything. So we are being really careful. We’ve just been cuddling and it is so nice just to have Pete back in bed, watching telly. I absolutely love it.”

“This house is not a home without Pete. It’s so quiet without him. He is back and it’s like the house is alive again.”

Although he may be home.  He still has a lot of recovering to do. Maybe within afew weeks maybe a month the couple will continue their tv show ‘Katie and Peter‘.
