Photographer plans to sue Lindsay Lohan

It seems that the phase of assaulting photographers is over. Now its the time for the photographer to sue the celebrity, and Lindsay Lohan is next in line.

Just late last week  we reported how Lily Allen could face upto 5 years in jail for assaulting a photographer.  Lindsay could have to pay a fine for injuring photographer Giovanni Arnold.

The papers filed on May 10th,refer to an incident on 13th of march this year whilst Lindsay was in New York. When Lindsay was driving her Mum’s BMW.

Giovanni claims he “sustained severe and permanent personal injuries” in the incident and was financially disadvantaged as a result.”

Although the papers have been filed, and Mr Arnold says he was financially disadvantaged as a result. There’s no sign of any particular amount he wants for compensation. Which leads me to believe he is waiting to see how much he is offered. (Nice move).
