Dlisted told to remove Paris and Nicole picture

It seems that Paris Hilton has once again decided to attempt to sue. (Isn’t that all she does nowadays?) This time the target is Dlisted.com, and all because they posted a parody picture of Nicole and Paris called “The Simpleton Life“.

Jeez, the lawyers are going nuts and saying that the references made in the picture are ‘defamatory and false’. For those who don’t know what the picture is of its got Paris and Nicole sat on a pier/boardwalk with their bags next to them. On top of the bags are…… Valtrex and Vicodin. The valtrax belongs to Paris ( This comes from the Prescription found in her locker that got put on parisexposed.com) and the vicodin belongs to Nicole (She admitted to using it December when arrested on a driving charge).

So really the picture isn’t so untrue and defamatory, oh and it shows Paris looking a bit worse for wear with ahem, herpes.

The lawyer wrote something along the lines of

“This poster clearly implies Ms. Hilton has loathsome diseases and also implies Ms. Hilton uses Vicodin. The inferences… are false and defamatory.”

Maybe the lawyer didn’t see the picture? If he had of done maybe he would of noticed that Nicole had the Vicodin, not Paris.

All this is the latest of stunts where Paris Hilton is trying to avoid jail time by suing anybody and everybody that has anything bad on her. The previous was MTV with their sketch of her.

For now you can see the picture here. Maybe it will get took down. Maybe it won’t. In my opinion it isn’t so false.
