Downtown Los Angeles instead of Beverley Hills for Posh and Becks

We all know that David and Victoria are moving to LA so David can show the Yanks how to play football.  We also know that when they have been trying to buy multi million dollar homes that the prices sky rocketed due to their celebrity status.

They couple had previously viewed what used to be Meg Ryans mansion in LA.  Victoria even fell in love with its location,Security and local schools. However the deal fell through and the Beckhams were left looking.

Reports are now saying that David and Victoria are to buy a loft in downtown LA for $4.9 Million. Not just any loft though. Its a four floor villa style property in the Biscuit Company Lofts.

The specs of the loft and living space available is as follows “four-level penthouse sprawling across 3,500 square feet. The “villa” boasts an expansive rooftop view, a country kitchen and a total of 6,000 square feet of living area including various outdoor spaces.”

Not quite the mansion they were hoping for though. Thats why people are also speculating that this won’t be the primary home for the Beckham’s, as naturally Posh wants to keep her kids Posh and send them to the Westside of Beverley hills for Private schooling.
