Britney hates her manager and she’s slashed her house price

Although Larry Rudolph discovered Britney when she was just 13 years old, it doesn’t mean that the pop Princess has to like him. In fact she’s recently been telling people how much she ‘hates him‘ and ‘can’t stand him‘.

Things seemed to have worked just great for the pair in the past.  She made it to the top of the charts,became an international success and became filthy rich.  Then in 2004 when Britney her backing dancer/new lover.  Rudolph and Spears called it quits with a ‘mutually agreed‘ none renewal of contract in the final quarter of 2004.

Then when things turned ugly for Spears and she split from Kevin Federline. Larry Rudolph stepped straight back in offering his services.  At a time when Britney was down and not aware of what she was doing properly. A source says :

“She says she didn’t know what she was doing at the time, and can’t stand him. But what can she do? Bring in a lawyer and say she signed under duress? That she was drunk or stoned?”

Maybe she was stoned.  Wouldn’t be the first time celebrities inhaled.
She signed another 5 year contract with Rudolph, a man by her own words she can’t stand.  Even though he helped her make it big.

Whatever the  case. When FOX news tried to contact Rudolphs office. There was no answer or answer phone.  Further more Larry’s MySpace page doesn’t feature Britney.  But instead a different artist is featured. SO much for him totally supporting her.

tob are reporting, That the relationship has been “strained” since Spears left rehab. Rudolph is trying to repair the damage, but if he can’t, that would leave Britney home alone — she has no other real representation.

Surely she would rather front it out with her current manager than risk it going alone. After her current scandals and rehab attending, there doesn’t seem to be many people knocking on her door to represent her.

As for the sale of her Malibu home? Well it’s been on the market for the last 4 months. (Since the beginning of January) and hasn’t took any offers. So to help the selling of the house. Britney slashed by the price by a whopping $1.6 Million, just hoping that maybe someone will take it off her hands.

The original selling price of $13.5 Million didn’t appeal to many buyers, Infact none. Maybe the new slashed price of $11.9 million will attract a buyer. Or the house may become known as “The crazy house“, bring in tourists from all over the world just to see the property that Britney lost her mind in.

The house originally cost Britney $6.9 Million, so shes looking to at least double her money.

President of Westside Real Estate Agency, Kurt Rappaport, thinks that  Britney’s celebrity status might have hurt the value of the property.

“The pricing was aggressive. It’s an expensive piece of property and sophisticated buyers are looking for the best price,” People magazine quoted him as saying.

“Wealthy people don’t want tour buses stopping at their front door,” he added.
