David Beckham chops and changes his new do

When somebody spends $1000 on a new hair do they generally leave it that way for a while. At least a while longer than an hour! That is unless your David Beckham, and you happen to be quite partial to the gelled hair look.

When David Beckham spent $1000 on his new do for the Sports Industry awards ceremony in London. It took just 60 mins for the football star to whip out his pot of gel and spike his hair.  Nobody knows where he was storing the gel. It just kinda appeared.

So he stepped up to collect his award at 8pm, with his new $1000 hair style. Then at about 9pm he had changed his look to his normal spiked look.  Was it really worth a $1000? This is coming from people that wont throw away money on a house because of who they are. But are quite happy to overpay for a crappy haircut just because of who they are.

David kept his hair spiked until him and Victoria  left the awards at roughly 11pm. When asked about changing his hair David only commented with the following “Changing my hair is just something that I do”
