UK High Court bans future Britney news leaks.

Britney Spears Lawyers have obtained an emergency injunction to stop future leaks of Britney’s time in rehab. Its all to do with her time in the Promises Clinic and information that was leaked. (We guess they mean stuff like this , This and this )which is been treated as ‘An invasion of her privacy’ .

The firm that dealt with the complaint was Schillings media solicitors. Mr Justice Gray granted the order. That will assist them in finding out who the person or persons are behind the name ‘John Doe’.

This now means that any British Media firm that is contacted by ‘John Doe’ are not able to publish anything he says to them. Heres the quotes :

“This injunction will now be served on the UK media so as to assist them in not making the mistake of carrying such further disclosures if approached by this person or his/her agent.”

“Ms Spears reserves the right and intends to challenge false allegations which have already been published about her time in rehabilitation and which are the subject of ongoing legal complaint.”

It seems that may also be pending requests to certain media organizations within the UK, For them to release information about their sources so that “John Doe” can be tracked down.
