Lindsay Lohan runs over photographer, then accuses him of faking it

Lindsay Lohan is been accused of mowing down a photographer in nice shiny white BMW.  Well ok not exactly mowing him down, but she hit him hard enough to knock him down,and he went to hospital.

Splash news say that onlookers saw Lohan rolling her BMW towards the photographer.Then say the camera guy fall to the ground saying he had been run over.  Lindsay hopped out of her car accused him of ‘faking it’ then jumped into another car with her bodguards and drove off.

Cameraman was took to St.Lukes hospital. Whilst Lindsay was allowed to leave the scene initially, police caught up with her later so she could answer there questions.The photographer’s injuries are unknown. As he was laid there screaming that he was run over, we imagine him to be fine.Nothing life threatening.
