Did Britney shave her head to avoid drug tests?

After reading some comments on a news site. Somebody said something interesting.  They suggested that Britney Spears had shaved her head so that she would avoid any drug detection.  Maybe she already knew she was going to have to enter rehab to sort her lifeout.

And as hair testing for drugs can show drug use upto 90 days previous to testing. Britney’s drug taking would be exposed. She could of risked everything if this had come out. As we all know she is in custody battles or make ups with Kevin Federline. But at the time,Britney didn’t know how things would turn out. Obviously she knew that Kevin would use anything he could against her. So by shaving her head she eliminates that factor.

Sure they could of took blood samples and urine samples. But they are invasive tests that Britney could avoid. There was never anything stopping somebody from taking a sample of hair. It is far less intrusive after all.  This could be done at a private party, in the street or just about anywhere.
The only problem with that theory is that she shaved her head in public and didn’t scoop up the clippings and take them with her.  If shaving her head was a way to avoid drug detection she wold of took the hair with her or at the very least had it cut in private.

In my opinion She didn’t shave her head to avoid drug detection. She shaved her head because she was on the verge f a nervous breakdown. Maybe it was alcohol related. Maybe it was drug related. Maybe it is post natal depression. It certainly wasn’t to hide any drug use.
