They Are Hoping That The Moneys Charity Of Choice Will Be Decided By Each Authority That Looks After The Sites.Although Many Charities Use Fountains And Wells As A Way To Get THeir Own Funds. This Would Be An Amazing End To Your Coin That You Cast A Wish On, WIth An Extra Thought That THe Money Is Going To Make Somebody Else Happy In Some Way OR Another.
