A Study In Ohio On 355 Dogowners Showed That EVery Owner Who Had A Vicious Dog Had Also Had Run In With The Police. From Traffic related Crimes To Time Served In jail.

The Study Also SHowed That Owners OF More Chilled Out Dogs Such As Beagles And Poodles Hadnt Had As Much Police Contact.

Public Records Were Used To Verify The Past Criminal Offences OF Dog Owners.

They used agreed definitions of vicious dogs used in writing local ordinances. “A ‘vicious dog” means a dog that, without provocation, has killed or caused serious injury to any person, has killed another dog, or belongs to a breed that is commonly known as a pit bull dog,” they wrote in their report.
